Lace Types Explained: HD, Swiss and Transparent

HD lace is the finest and thinnest lace widely available. It melts into the skin with almost no tinting, but it is delicate and needs gentle handling.

Swiss lace is slightly more durable while still soft and natural. Transparent lace is a touch thicker again and suits most medium skin tones with light tinting.

Whichever you choose, always tint the lace one shade deeper than your skin before first wear, and cut carefully around the hairline leaving a few millimetres.
