How do I know which cap size to order?
Measure the circumference of your head around the hairline, above the ears and around the nape. Under 21 inches is Petite, 21.5–22.5 inches is Average, above that is Large. Our measuring guide walks you through it.
What is the difference between HD lace and transparent lace?
HD lace is finer and melts into the skin with minimal tinting. Transparent lace is slightly thicker and more durable, and suits most medium skin tones with light tinting.
How long does delivery take?
Standard UK delivery is 2–4 working days. Express is next working day when ordered before 1pm. Local pickup from the showroom is available the same day on stocked items.
Can my order arrive in discreet packaging?
Yes. Choose discreet packaging at checkout and your order ships in plain outer packaging with no branding on the label.
What is your returns policy?
Unworn units with lace uncut and hygiene seals intact can be returned within 30 days. Custom-coloured and cut units are final sale.
Do you offer payment in instalments?
Instalment options will be available at checkout when the store goes live.
