Privacy policy

We collect only what we need to take your order, arrange your consultation and keep you updated: your name, contact details, delivery address and order history.

Payment details are handled entirely by our payment provider and are never stored on our systems. Consultation notes are kept confidential and shared only with the specialist working with you.

We never sell your data. Marketing emails are sent only with your consent and every message includes an unsubscribe link.

You can request a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it at any time by emailing hello@houseoffavourhair.com.
