Delivery

• Standard UK delivery — £4.95, 2–4 working days. Free over £250.
• Express UK delivery — £9.95, next working day when ordered before 1pm.
• Local pickup — free, collect from the showroom during opening hours.

Discreet packaging

Every order can be sent in plain outer packaging with no branding on the label. Choose the option at checkout — there is no extra charge.

Returns & exchanges

You may return unworn units within 30 days of delivery provided the lace is uncut, the hygiene seal is intact and all packaging is included. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within five working days of inspection.

Custom-coloured, cut or styled units, and opened hair care products, are final sale for hygiene reasons. Faulty items are always replaced or refunded in full.
